  1. The clubs year will run from 1 June until 31 May.
  2. The Annual General Meeting will take place in June or July to elect the committee to hold office for one year as from 1 August and to approve the Financial Report for the year ending 31 May. A copy is to be sent to THFC.
  3. The Committee will consist of a chairperson, secretary and treasurer, all of whom will hold honorary positions, as well as two other paid-up members.
  4. There must be at least fifteen members in total and all membership fees must be paid in full by the due date as directed by the committee.
  5. The club must ben non-profit making. Any money made has to be put back into the club or donated to charity. All monies must be deposited in a separate account in the name of the club. No monies can be withdrawn without the signatures of two committee members.
  6. Whilst the club accepts that THFC has no responsibility for the running of the club or for the conduct of its members, all members of the club will do everything they can to protect and enhance the good name of THFC, and refrain from doing anything that is damaging to the Club and/or other professional football clubs. Any member transgressing this rule will be automatically expelled.
  7. Every Supporters’ Club member must be either a Season Ticket Holder, One Hotspur Member or have a THFC Client Reference Number (non-paid for online account).
  8. NDSSC reserves the right to refuse or close membership of the supporters club without prior notice or reason.
  9. An adult member must accompany a junior member under the age of14 travelling to matches.
  10. Please restrain from the use of foul language and obscenities, especially when there are minors travelling.
  11. Members booking transport/tickets:
    Cancellation of booked transport can only be made without penalty at least 14 full days prior to the kick off time of the booked match.  Any other cancellations mean the transport must be paid for within 14 days of after the match date. There may be exceptions, and on being requested to pay in full, you can apply to the committee in writing setting out the reasons for cancellation and the committee will consider the application. The committee decision is final.
  12. Members requesting tickets/transport should do so only via email using email address [email protected]. No other forms of request will be considered.
  13. NDSSC membership fee must be paid before booking requesting any travel or tickets to be sourced and should be paid in any event by 31 August each year at the latest. Failure to remain a member will mean emails will not be sent and an additional £10 per match travel fee will be payable if you choose to book travel with NDS.
